Larry Hartwell is a trusted REALTOR® with Our House Real Estate, proudly serving buyers and sellers across the Highland Lakes and Central Texas Hill Country. A Burnet County resident since 2011, Larry brings both local insight and years of experience to every transaction.
Before joining Our House, he spent nearly five years with Keller Williams Realty in Cedar Park, where he gained a strong foundation in big-broker training and strategy. He also brings a background in real estate investing, having owned and sold residential, commercial, and farm & ranch properties.
Larry is an Affiliate with Homes for Heroes®, a national program that gives back to community heroes — including firefighters, law enforcement, military, healthcare workers, and teachers — by helping them save significantly when buying or selling a home.

In 1999, Catherine McClimans and her husband relocated their family to Burnet County in the heart of the Texas Hill Country—and they’ve never looked back. Drawn to the area’s beauty, community, and charm, Catherine quickly fell in love with the lifestyle and strong sense of connection that comes with living here.
Her career in real estate began in 2000 when she worked as an administrator for Century 21, gaining valuable behind-the-scenes knowledge of the industry. In 2017, she took the leap into becoming a full-time REALTOR®, combining her administrative expertise with a passion for helping people through one of life’s biggest decisions. Catherine is known for her approachable style, attention to detail, and dedication to making each client feel confident and cared for during their home search or sale.
